Hi there!

Originally from Ontario, Canada, I've been a proud U.S. citizen since 2010 with dual citizenship. My fascination with graphic design began at a young age, inspired by album artwork created by designers like Paula Scher.

After studying graphic design, my career journey took me from book publishing to pioneering software company, Corel in Ottawa ON, where I discovered my passion for user experience (UX) design. I transitioned into a marketing and design hybrid role in Rhode Island with an environmental consulting company that exposed me to data analysis, user research, and the parallels between science and UX.

In Miami, I designed for the medical simulation industry, experiencing mixed reality training that solidified my desire to become a digital product designer.

Today, as a Sr. Experience Designer in the Value Organization at Verizon, I leverage user insights to create intuitive end-to-end experiences. With expertise in design tools and prototyping, I explore multiple concepts, articulate rationales, and iterate on solutions. I collaborate cross-functionally, mentor others, and ensure consistent experiences aligned with design systems.

I'm proud to work on affordable connectivity options that increase internet accessibility and bridge the digital divide.

Here I am presenting to a UX/UI cohort at Brain Station about my career journey and the rewarding work of digital product design.
